Biseagal update on COVID-19

As a bike shop, we believe in strongly that the best way to commute and get around is through biking. In response to COVID-19 we are taking the following procedures to ensure the health and safety of everyone coming to our shop. Here’s what we’re doing:

Make an appointment

We are asking our customers to contact us either by phone or through email in advance before coming to our shop.  

Social distancing 

We ask you not to enter our shop. Please drop your bike in the hallway, and we can discuss your needs at a safe distance. You can pick up your bike from the hallway as well once it is serviced or fixed. 

We also ask you not to visit us if you experience any symptoms or have recently travelled abroad to impacted areas. 

Disinfection of your bicycle 

In our shop, we remain focused on the disinfection of your bike. We have added two disinfect procedures: upon the bike’s arrival and before you take it home, without any extra charge
